Duties of the First Girl

There is a great responsibility placed on the shoulders of the First Girl of any Gorean Realm/BDSM House hold.

It is not one that most would ever wish to take on,

and those who do, do not take the position lightly.

The average First Girl will always strive to it make it obvious

to O/others that she has earned the position in the Home stone where she serves.

She will perfect her serving technique and be poised

and gracious in public at all times.

Although most First Girls are very strong in spirit,

they also are representative of the most feminine of all submissive.

The following is a small list of the duties of The First Girl of House Cross.

There are many other responsibilities that coincide with the details listed below.

There are too many to actually list all of them,

but this gives an idea to T/those W/who are unaware of all that she does.. or tries to do.

Chores

1. Makes a list of all the chores, duties and tasks that are required to be done on a daily, weekly basis.

2. Assigns chores, duties and tasks to all submissive serving in the House, including herself.

3. Insures that all submissive complete their chores, duties, and tasks in a timely manner.

Training

1. Schedules discussions for the training of submissive.

2. Researches information, to any questions that may be asked.

3. Schedules testing times for each individual submissive and Mistress is present for every test, observing, grading, and suggesting what each girl can do to correct, or improve her serve.

4. Answers questions from submissive and Free People pertaining to the training of the submissive.

5. Reports any problems concerning individual submissive and their training to the Mistress.

6. Makes sure all training by the trainers is accurate and done according to the training packet.

Ceremonial Events

1. Creates Invitations, Announcements etc. pertaining to Events held at the House.

2. Travels to deliver invitations to Events held at the House.

3. Greets all Patrons and visiting submissive to special Events hosted at the House.

4. Assigns submissive to special tasks for Events, such as songs, dances, serving Patrons as They enter, etc.

5. Responsible for organizing the cleaning of the House after every Event.

General House Duties

1. Orders all equipment, supplies, and food for the House, accepts delivery, and leaves invoices for the Mistress.

2. Handles all correspondence for The Mistress to Visitors, other Free, and slaves.

3.. General Responsibilities Concerning the submissive Serving in the House.

4. Acts as liaison between the Mistress and the slaves.

5. Mediates conflicts between slaves.

6. Councils slaves when requested or needed.

7. Responsible for the behavior and attitude of all submissive while in public areas of the House.

Authority BY ORDER OF MISTRESS CROSS!!!

1. The First Girl is given the Authority to question any submissive about any event or act that pertains to the House and is required to present whatever information, or knowledge she gains to the Mistress.

2. The First Girl is given the Authority to Verbally Correct submissive for inappropriate behavior,

or actions when there is no Free Person available to do so.

3. The First Girl is given the Authority to assign additional chores and/or minor/temporary discipline for infractions, such as placing submissive in a cage until she/he can be dealt with by the Mistress.

4. The First Girl does have authority to deliver physical discipline such as switching, chaining etc.

So.... The next time a Free Person does not wish their submissive to answer to the First Girl,

or a submissive serving in the House refuses to accept the role of the First Girl, or her authority, be prepared to answer to the Mistress, there are other Homes where you can serve as submissive,

and you can believe this...there are few First Girls who are given more responsibility and less authority to discipline than this one and if you are offended by her glare or words of correction, then you best go back to being a submissive.
