7 pleasing characteristics of a submissive

I wanted to add this, because submissives have a lot of trouble to remain pleasing at all times. I did not write this, again this information is passed to me by friends and mentors on Second life. So, feel free to pass this on, just make sure not to claim the work as your own, as that is plagiarism.

7 Pleasing Characteristics Of A Submissive by Lapp Topp
1. Honesty. This is very important to me. Without honesty, there can be no trust. Without trust D/s is nothing. On a safety note, be truthful in your desires, experience, fears and limits. I have seen many submissives tell "little" lies thinking it will make them more desirable. It usually ends up getting them hurt. If you have questions about what your Dom/me desires or expects, be honest and speak up. There is nothing wrong with asking questions respectfully, and is much preferable to looking ignorant. Remember, all Dom/mes are different. Don't assume because one wants you to wear stockings that another will enjoy them. Ask what he expects you to wear, how he expects you to act, what he prefers to be called, etc.
2. Submissiveness. While I enjoy the occasional SAM, I prefer my subs to submit. I want them to surrender their will to me. I like them to be polite, compliant, and to show me the respect I have earned. There is nothing that turns me off faster than a submissive trying to top from the bottom, or manipulate the scene. A polite, respectful "Mistress, if it pleases you, I would enjoy being spanked." is going to make that happen much sooner than intentional misbehavior.
3. Intelligence. Make intelligent choices about who you submit to, and how deep your submission goes. If it is a relationship situation, get to know the person as a friend before you consider submitting. If it is scene-play, get references and follow safety rules, watch them Top others, or play in the presence of people who can watch out for you. Out of role, intelligence goes a long way. Think, and share those thoughts with your Dom/me. Take time to find out what he is interested in, and get to know more on the subject. Keep up on current events and trends and be able to discuss them. Perhaps take up some of the same hobbies as your Dom/me. These are good relationship skills...be it vanilla or D/s.
4. Service. Find out what makes your Dom/me happy, and do your best to provide. It is your job to make your Dominant happy. If you will be serving him food, find out what he likes to eat, and how he likes it served. Find out what his turn-on and turn-offs are. If it is your responsibility to set things up for the scene, find out what he requires, and have everything handy. Don't be sloppy in your service, and don't make your Top have to tell you a preference more than once. If I have to tell a sub two times that I like my coffee with cream and sugar, it gives me the impression that she is not thinking, or just doesn't care. This is not at all pleasing. Put some thought and creativity into your service. Listen when he tells you his fantasies and dreams, and try to fulfill his desires. Be observant. If you have the chance, study his surroundings for clues on the type of things he enjoys. Does he have candles sitting out? Make sure you have some at your place, too. What kind of toiletries does he use? Buy them and have them ready for him when he visits. What does he like to drink? Make sure you keep it on hand.
5. Communication. Contrary to what some believe, Dominants are not psychics. It is frustrating to have to try and figure out everything that pushes your sub's buttons. I would much rather have my sub tell me her fantasies so I can store the info to use when I choose, than have to guess. I don't like to play with subs that constantly say "Whatever pleases you, Mistress". If she is not enjoying it, chances are I won't be enjoying it, either. Admittedly, I am occasionally selfish, and enjoy only what I want, but not 100% of the time.
6. Self Respect. Value yourself. There is no thrill in dominating a doormat, or someone that thinks so little of themselves they will submit to anyone at anytime.
7. Patience. I have often been told that patience is the mark of a good submissive. I have also been told that this is something I need to work on. I guess I will have to get back to you on this one. I do know that the best things are worth waiting for, and pushy, demanding submissives are really not submissives at all. So, patience is something

BDSM Basics

WHAT IS BDSM ?
- The term is an acronym. It stands for Bondage & Discipine, Dominance & Submission, Sadism & Masochism.
- BDSM are activities that evolve around the mentioned terms.
- Examples: It can range from basic things to spice up the intimacy, such as spankings, to more "advanced" ones such as whips and even to living the BDSM lifestyle. Which one you choose is entirely up to you and your partner, no right or wrong.

BASIC TERMS:
- Top: a partner who takes the giving part in a situation / play.
- Dom (Domme for female): a partner who takes the dominant part in a relationship / lifestyle.
- Master/Mistress: usually reserved title for our dominant partner.
- Bottom: a partner who takes the receiving part in a situation / play.
- Sub/slave: a partner who takes the submissive part in a relationship / lifestyle.

ARE THEY ANY RULES? Oh yes, of course.
- SSC: meaning Safe, Sane, Consensual. Activities have to be considered safe and sane by both, the consensual part is the most important.
- LIMITS  - have to be respected at all times.
- -  Soft limits: things we won't do, but if the time/place/partner is right, we could try.
- - Hard limits: things we don't do. Period. Not now, not in 100 years.
- SAFEWORDS: pre-agreed words/signs used when things go wrong and the play needs to be stopped. Anyone can call them at any time. Absolutely to be respected, otherwise things can go wrong very badly. Examples: feeling dizzy, the spankings are too hard, you remembered the owen is on ...
- AFTERCARE: Activities to do after a play sceene to "get back to normal". Have cold water handy, make the partner comfy, rub their limbs, etc. Aftercare is applied for both, not just the receiving partner, because it takes mental/physical toll on the giving/dominant partner also.
- ETIQUETTE: Rules employed by specific groups. Learn them if you want to be in their presence, respect them and don't tell them the rules are stupid. You can choose not to be there.
- "THE TAKEN RULE": If you see someone has a partner, stay away. Would you want your partner to be harrased all the time ? See?

ANYTHING ELSE? Yup – tips to start:
- If you already have a partner: Start by having your eyes tied with a silk scarf while making love, tie his hands behind his/her back softly, ask them to not move at all while pleasuring them, etc.
- If you don't have a partner: Now that you discovered this wonderfull world  - DO NOT RUSH. Find a suitable partner. Yes, they exist. If you rush, you won't get what you seek for, because the partner won't fit. Take your time, get to know them.

Good luck and many happy moments.

Dominant Vs Domineering

Dominant vs Domineering

Dominant vs Domineering *Red Flag List*
Ok, so I found this while browsing some chat groups in Second life. In fact I find this to be very helpful when evaluating, not just a D/s relationship, but a regular one too. So please copy and pass the information, just make sure to give credit where it is due. A lovely person named Saikiji Kitalpha *second life name* wrote this. Do not say this work is your own, as it is plagiarism, and can result in a law suit.
The term "Red Flag" is used to describe a personal trait or behaviour that is common in people who are harmful to others. When getting to know someone new it is very important to look for these warning signs, as they may mean something is very wrong, even horribly wrong. Red flags can apply to any gender, or any role or relationship. Dom, sub, male, female, trans, switch, hetero, homo, bi, pan, frienships, d/s relationships, marriages, relatives, work relationships, etc. They are not specific to any gender, orientation, or relationship.
It is also important to understand that none of these red flags on their own are a sign of an abusive or dangerous situation or person, especially in isolated incidents. Anyone can make a mistake, have a bad day or simply misunderstand or misinterpret. Some red flags merely indicate a need for discussion, or discovery. Others indicate that it is time to get out of the relationship immediately.
What you are looking for are groups of repeating, negative behaviors. It is important to take your time in establishing new relationships as it may take time for these behaviors or patterns to emerge. When you see these red flags, slow down or even stop the relationship to assess your situation. Generally, the more red flag behaviors you observe in a person, the more often you see them and the quicker they emerge in a new relationship, the more at risk you are from being emotionally and/or physically harmed by this person.

Cyber Stalking

Cyberstalking-what is it, where can I get help
What is cyberstalking and what is cyberharassment?
Cyberstalking and cyberharassment are very similar. Most people use them interchangeably, but there is a subtle distinction, typically relating to the perpetratorfs intent and the original motivation for their behavior.
While the two situations usually involve many of the same online tactics, cyberstalking is almost always characterized by the stalker relentlessly pursuing his\her victim online and is much more likely to include some form of offline attack, as well. This offline aspect makes it a more serious situation as it can easily lead to
dangerous physical contact, if the victimfs location is known.
Why do people cyberstalk or cyberharass others?
Cyberstalkers are often driven by revenge, hate, anger, jealousy, obsession and mental illness. While a cyberharasser may be motivated by some of these same feelings, often the harassment is driven by the desire to frighten or embarrass the harassment victim.
Sometimes the harasser intends to teach the victim a lesson in netiquette or political correctness (from the harasserfs point of view). Often the cyberharassment victim is merely in the wrong place at the wrong time, or has made a comment or expressed an opinion that the cyberharasser dislikes. We have even seen cases where the victim is merely being targeted because they are the first ones the cyberharasser encounters when they are in a gbad mood.
What do cyberstalkers/harassers do when the stalk or harass someone?
The harasser may post comments intended to cause distress to the victim, or make them the subject of harassment by others. They may send a constant stream of e-mails and instant messages to their victims or a victimfs co-workers, friends, or family. They may pose as the victim and post offensive comments or send offensive messages in their name. They may send hateful or provocative communications to the victimfs boss, family or significant other (in their own name or posing as the victim). Often the victimfs computer is hacked or their e-mail accounts are broken-into by the cyberstalker/harasser and taken over entirely, or the password is changed and the victim locked out of their own accounts. The victim may be signed-up for spam, porn sites and questionable offers.
Cyberstalkers/harassers frequently follow their victims into chat rooms and onto discussion boards, posting lies and hateful messages, or passing misinformation about the victim. They may create sexually explicit images, using the head of their victims attached to the bodies of porn actors. If they have real sexually explicit or nude images of their victims (usually from a failed romantic relationship between the stalker/harasser and the victim), they may create Web sites posting the images and advertising the site to friends and family of the victim, or supply them to commercial porn sites with amateur image sections for public display. We are even familiar with cases where the cyberstalker has threatened the life of the President of the United States or the Queen of England, while posing as the victim.
In the most dangerous type of cases, the cyberstalker posts the name, address and telephone number of the victim online, often posing as them, and soliciting sexual activities on their behalf. In a California case, a man targeted a woman by posting her name and address online and soliciting group sex. The woman had never even used the computer before, but found herself facing angry, sexually frustrated men at her front door.
Death threats are typical in a cyberstalking situation. In fact, there have been several well-publicized cases in the United States where victims were eventually murdered by their stalkers. Many of these began as cyberstalking situations.
If there is any indication that a cyberstalker/harasser knows where the victim lives, works or how to find them offline, law enforcement must be contacted IMMEDIATELY to begin an active investigation into the circumstances of the situation. WiredSafety's law enforcement division, CyberLawEnforcement.org assists law enforcement in cyberstalking/harassment cases.
Is cyberstalking illegal? What about cyberharassment?
The laws tend to lump the two types of cybercrimes together. For the purposes of this guide, other than when there is a legal distinction, both cyberstalking and harassment are discussed under the heading gcyberstalking.h While most states in the United States have various types of cyberstalking/harassment laws on the books, there is no U.S. federal cyberstalking/harassment law (except when children under 16 are involved and being targeted for sexual harassment). Many Western European countries have cyberstalking/harassment laws, but they are the exception rather than the rule. Few Asian countries have cyberstalking/harassment laws.
If I canft file criminal charges against the cyberstalker/harasser, what can I do to them?
Often the victims of cyberstalking and cyberharassment are limited to civil litigation (suing the stalker or harassment) or reporting the cyberstalker/harasser to their ISP and trying to get their accounts revoked, or Web sites shutdown.
Are there different types of cyberstalking/harassment situations?
Absolutely! There are three different kinds of cyberstalking situations...
¡Online cyberstalking and harassment that stays online
¡Online harassment and stalking that ventures offline or encourages offline actions
¡Offline stalking or harassment that moves online
It doesnft make any difference whether or not the victim has even used the Internet. The distinction between online and offline is dependent on the medium used by the perpetrator.
For example, online stalking/harassing is usually defined as gcrepeated unsolicited contact by electronic meansch with the intent to gcterrify, intimidate, or harassch another. The medium in this instance can include computers, Fax machines, telephones, etc.
Offline stalking/harassment involves the same type of behavior, but in real life. This includes everything from repeatedly following a victim to actual physical contact between a stalker and his/her victim.
Although each of the three situations above include some form of online attack, and can be terrifying for a victim, only those that have an offline component are physically dangerous. Note: the laws in your jurisdiction may only cover offline stalking and harassment, or those with an offline component
What is the profile of a typical cyberstalking/harassment victim?
Cyberstalking occurs more often with women as the victim, although that is gradually changing. Our most recent survey discloses that men are being cyberstalked and harassed more frequently by women than ever before. To view our survey results, visit 2003 cyberstalking Survey.
Children who are stalked by adult sexual predators are not considered victims of cyberstalking, but rather are considered luring victims or victims of child exploitation. You can read our Margaretfs Story page for more information about how stalkers/harassers target children online for abuse/exploitation by others

What can you do to avoid becoming a victim of cyberstalking/harassment?
Typically, the cyberharassment victim is new online, and inexperienced with the rules of netiquette (online etiquette). So learning the rules of the cyber-road is a good way to avoid being an easy mark for a cyberstalker/harasser.
Typically, the cyberharasser feels empowered by the perceived anonymity online. They feel they can hide behind their monitor. But most people leave a trail of cyber-breadcrumbs behind them online. Learning how to read an e-mail header is a good place to start stripping your stalker/harasser of their perceived anonymity.
Ignoring the communications sent to you is the best first step to stopping most cyberstalking/harassment. Unless your situation involves a truly obsessed or depraved harasser, most will lose interest quickly if they don't get the reaction they seek. Our cyber-self-defense tips can help you avoid cyberstalking/harassment entirely and stop it before it gets out-of-hand.
Flaming wars (where insults and verbal attacks are traded online) can often lead to cyberstalking and harassment. Flaming can get out of control quickly and often escalates into serious threats, offline and online.
Cyberstalking, where the real dangers arise, can have a substantial offline aspect, either by way of the victim and stalker working together, romantically involved or prior or current communications of some kind. Some are intent on targeting victims of sexual abuse, cancer patients and members of certain minority groups. Protecting your privacy is key to protecting yourself form credible offline threats.
What is a quick list of safety tips to avoid cyberstalking/harassment?
Read our cyberstalking Online Self-Defense Guide and know these online safety rules:
¡Don't respond to flaming (provocation online)
¡Choose a genderless screen name
¡Don't flirt online, unless you're prepared for the consequences. This is just like real life. Yes, you have the right to flirt. And you have the right to a sexy nickname. But the more obvious you are, the more likely you are to arouse unwanted attention from unwanted suitors.
¡Save offending messages and report them to your service provider >>
¡If someone makes threats in a chat room or on a message board, notify the moderator or Web site operator right away
¡Donft confront the stalker/harasser, this only arouses more anger or emotional attacks
¡Don't give out any personal information about yourself or anyone else link to private surfing info]
¡Get out of a situation online that has become hostile, log off or surf elsewhere
¡Google yourself to make sure no personal information is posted by others about you >>

Federal law provides a number of important tools that are available to combat cyberstalking. Under 18 U.S.C. 875(c), it is a federal crime, punishable by up to five years in prison and a fine of up to $250,000, to transmit any communication in interstate or foreign commerce containing a threat to injure the person of another. Section 875(c) applies to any communication actually transmitted in interstate or foreign commerce - thus it includes threats transmitted in interstate or foreign commerce via the telephone, e-mail, beepers, or the Internet.

The Love for a Warrior

My life was not my own and I was not myself being carried upon a beast of a Tarn, My soul broken, yet my body was taken to be with this Warrior, As he set the beast down and tied me to the tree, I begin to break down and except my fate. Seeing my Sister and her protector approach , she cut me from the tree and handed my clothing to me and we ran as fast our feet would carry us to safety. We found a city and began to settle. My heart skipped a beat at the sight of him in Esalinus, fearing him and yet surprisingly respecting him for his life. Once the city fell, I sought refuge in the Isle of the Brands, Never laying my sapphire eyes upon him again. Until one day he stepped from the shadows of darkness, casting himself in a new light. He has intrigued me in mind and soul. I hope that one day this Great Warrior will see me as the Free women that I am ...

Duties of the First Girl

There is a great responsibility placed on the shoulders of the First Girl of any Gorean Realm/BDSM House hold.

It is not one that most would ever wish to take on,

and those who do, do not take the position lightly.

The average First Girl will always strive to it make it obvious

to O/others that she has earned the position in the Home stone where she serves.

She will perfect her serving technique and be poised

and gracious in public at all times.

Although most First Girls are very strong in spirit,

they also are representative of the most feminine of all submissive.

The following is a small list of the duties of The First Girl of House Cross.

There are many other responsibilities that coincide with the details listed below.

There are too many to actually list all of them,

but this gives an idea to T/those W/who are unaware of all that she does.. or tries to do.

Chores

1. Makes a list of all the chores, duties and tasks that are required to be done on a daily, weekly basis.

2. Assigns chores, duties and tasks to all submissive serving in the House, including herself.

3. Insures that all submissive complete their chores, duties, and tasks in a timely manner.

Training

1. Schedules discussions for the training of submissive.

2. Researches information, to any questions that may be asked.

3. Schedules testing times for each individual submissive and Mistress is present for every test, observing, grading, and suggesting what each girl can do to correct, or improve her serve.

4. Answers questions from submissive and Free People pertaining to the training of the submissive.

5. Reports any problems concerning individual submissive and their training to the Mistress.

6. Makes sure all training by the trainers is accurate and done according to the training packet.

Ceremonial Events

1. Creates Invitations, Announcements etc. pertaining to Events held at the House.

2. Travels to deliver invitations to Events held at the House.

3. Greets all Patrons and visiting submissive to special Events hosted at the House.

4. Assigns submissive to special tasks for Events, such as songs, dances, serving Patrons as They enter, etc.

5. Responsible for organizing the cleaning of the House after every Event.

General House Duties

1. Orders all equipment, supplies, and food for the House, accepts delivery, and leaves invoices for the Mistress.

2. Handles all correspondence for The Mistress to Visitors, other Free, and slaves.

3.. General Responsibilities Concerning the submissive Serving in the House.

4. Acts as liaison between the Mistress and the slaves.

5. Mediates conflicts between slaves.

6. Councils slaves when requested or needed.

7. Responsible for the behavior and attitude of all submissive while in public areas of the House.

Authority BY ORDER OF MISTRESS CROSS!!!

1. The First Girl is given the Authority to question any submissive about any event or act that pertains to the House and is required to present whatever information, or knowledge she gains to the Mistress.

2. The First Girl is given the Authority to Verbally Correct submissive for inappropriate behavior,

or actions when there is no Free Person available to do so.

3. The First Girl is given the Authority to assign additional chores and/or minor/temporary discipline for infractions, such as placing submissive in a cage until she/he can be dealt with by the Mistress.

4. The First Girl does have authority to deliver physical discipline such as switching, chaining etc.

So.... The next time a Free Person does not wish their submissive to answer to the First Girl,

or a submissive serving in the House refuses to accept the role of the First Girl, or her authority, be prepared to answer to the Mistress, there are other Homes where you can serve as submissive,

and you can believe this...there are few First Girls who are given more responsibility and less authority to discipline than this one and if you are offended by her glare or words of correction, then you best go back to being a submissive.

GEMINI

Gemini! About Your Sign...

Gemini, the sign of the Twins, is dual-natured, elusive, complex and contradictory. On the one hand it produces the virtue of versatility, and on the other the vices of two-facedness and flightiness. The sign is linked with Mercury, the planet of childhood and youth, and its subjects tend to have the graces and faults of the young. When they are good, they are very attractive; when they are bad they are more the worse for being the charmers they are. Like children they are lively, and happy, if circumstances are right for them, or egocentric, imaginative and restless. They take up new activities enthusiastically but lack application, constantly needing new interests, flitting from project to project as apparently purposelessly as a butterfly dancing from flower to flower. To them life is a game which must always be full of fresh moves and continuous entertainment, free of labor and routine. Changing horses in the middle of the stream is another small quirk in the Gemini personality which makes decision making, and sticking to a decision, particularly hard for them.

Since they lack the quality of conscientiousness, they are apt to fight a losing battle in any attempts they make to be moral (in the widest sense of the word). Their good qualities are attractive and come easily to them. They are affectionate, courteous, kind, generous, and thoughtful towards the poor and suffering - provided none of the activities resulting from expressing these traits interferes too greatly with their own lives and comforts. They quickly learn to use their outward attractiveness to gain their own ends, and when striving for these they will use any weapon in their armory - unscrupulous lying, and cunning evasiveness; escaping blame by contriving to put it on other people, wrapped up in all the charm they can turn on. In their better moments they may strive to be honest and straightforward, but self-interest is almost always the victor. If things go against them, they sulk like children. Also like children, they demand attention, admiration, and the spending on them of time, energy and money, throwing tantrums if they don't get what they want. They reflect every change in their surroundings, like chameleons, and can become pessimistic, sullen, peevish and materialistically self-centered if circumstances force them to struggle in any way. If the conditions of life become really adverse, their strength of will may desert them entirely. They can become uncertain of themselves, either withdrawn, or nervously excitable worriers, sullenly discontented, hard and irritable, with "Self" looming ever larger in their struggles. On the other hand their versatility can make them very adaptable, adjusting themselves to control the world around them by means of their inherent ingenuity and cleverness.

Most Gemini have a keen, intuitive, sometimes brilliant intelligence and they love cerebral challenges. But their concentration, though intense for a while, does not last. Their mental agility and energy give them a voracious appetite for knowledge from youth onward, though they dislike the labor of learning. They easily grasp almost everything requiring intelligence and mental dexterity, and are often able to marry manual skills to their qualities of mind. Their intellect is strongly analytical and sometimes gives them so great an ability to see both sides of a question that they vacillate and find it hard to make decisions. But their intelligence may very well be used to control and unify the duality of their natures into a most efficient unit. If faced with difficulties, they have little determination to worry at a problem until they find a solution - they will pick the brains of others. In their intellectual pursuits, as in other departments of their lives, they risk becoming dilettantes, losing themselves in too many projects which they follow until they become difficult.

In love they are fickle, not intentionally so but because of the basic inconsistency of their emotional nature, which has an amoral aspect to it. Their is a side to Geminians which can become deeply involved emotionally, and another, hostile to sentimentality, which stands back from a romantic situation, laughing at it and the protagonists in it, including themselves while analyzing it intellectually. Gemini subjects take nothing seriously. So, in love, in spite of their temporary depth of feeling, for the intensity of involvement lasts only while it is new, they are superficial, light-hearted, cool, flirtatious and unimaginative in the understanding of the pain they may give others. They like intrigue, the excitement of the chase, but once they have caught the prey, they lose interest and look around for the next creature to pursue. In less serious situations they make witty, entertaining companions, good acquaintances rather than friends. Even at their worst they are never dull - there is usually playfulness below the surface, and they can be brilliant conversationalists - but they can also be quarrelsome, prattlers, boasters, liars and cheats.

Geminians can be successful in many walks of life though their general characteristics tend to make them unreliable. They are often skilled manipulators of language, in speech and writing, and may be: debaters, diplomats (though in politics they are more interested in theory than practice), orators, preachers (brilliant rather than profound), teachers, authors, poets, journalists, or lawyers. In business any work which combines quick-wittedness with a change of surroundings suits them; working as a traveling salesperson, brokerage work, or dealing with the public in any capacity is right up their alley. Because they are dispassionate, logical, rational and analytical they make good scientists, especially in the fields of medicine and astronomy. They can also make excellent members of the Armed Forces, for they take danger no more seriously than anything else and can earn themselves a reputation for devotion to duty and heroic acts. In the arts they may excel in music, painting and sculpture. They make good psychic researchers of a sceptical kind. Negatively they can degenerate into confidence tricksters, thieves and even adepts in the black arts.

Possible Health Concerns...

Gemini rules the arms, shoulders, hands, lungs and nervous system and its subjects need to beware of diseases and accidents associated with the upper part of the body, as well as nervous and pulmonary disorders such as catarrh and bronchitis. Their mercurial nature may also affect a constitution which is not strong if it is put under strain.

You are prone to taking unnecessary risks and wind up harming yourself or others in the process. Sometimes pursuing pleasure too vigorously could also qualify as risk taking.

PROBLEMS THAT MAY ARISE FOR YOU, AND THEIR SOLUTIONS

As with all sun signs, we all have unique traits to our personalities. When these traits are suppressed, or unrealized, problems will arise. However, with astrology we can examine the problem and assess the proper solution based on the sun sign characteristics. As a Gemini you may see things below that really strike home. Try the solution, you most likely will be amazed at the results. If you find yourself on the receiving end of the negatives below, it is because you are failing to express the positive.

PROBLEM: Being superficial could be a big problem for you in your overall relationships with others and also in getting ahead on many jobs where you must endeavor to dig deep and learn something thoroughly. This is the worst Gemini trait of all.

SOLUTION: To make a conscious effort to control this trait is the best approach to take to this problem. If you make a commitment to something or someone you should mentally force yourself to keep that commitment where possible. This will be hard but it can, and has been, accomplished by many under this sign.

PROBLEM: Not one who cares for peace and quiet, you create your own problems with loved ones by picking arguments or tale carrying from one to the other then stand back and enjoy the show.

SOLUTION: While this may relieve your boredom, it is something that you should not let happen as it could easily go out of control and cost you the love and companionship that you desire. When you feel like doing this it would be better to take a long walk and let the feelings pass.

PROBLEM: Boredom is one of your biggest problems and you could easily fall into mischief if you do not find ways to alleviate it.

SOLUTION: You have a great many creative talents and if you put these to work for you in some sort of hobby or project you will find you do not have time to be bored, also, other physical activities should be considered: workouts at the gym, racketball, hiking, etc..

PROBLEM: You could have health problems brought on by overindulgence of food, drink, or the night life which only gets worse as you age.

SOLUTION: Tame your urges and save the party times for weekends only and then try not to overdo it. By keeping everything down to a mild roar you may not have to fight off diseases such as obesity or cirrhosis of the liver.

PROBLEM: You may have the problem of not being able to keep a spouse or a lover due to your pursuit of the opposite sex.

SOLUTION: Cultivate the habit of not flirting with every attractive person you see and make up your mind to be a true and loving spouse, or don't commit until you are really ready to do this

The color of choice for Mercury in Gemini is GREEN

Your starstone is the moss agate. It has been shown to be beneficial to the health of Geminis who are

suffering from circulatory problems and has been shown as an aid to getting your intuitive feelings tuned to a higher pitch. It is also an aid to relieving depression. There is another gemstone which is used for Gemini and that is the emerald, but the moss agate vibrates to the levels of your ruling planet, Mercury, and therefore is much more beneficial for you.

RE: STARSTONE CONTROVERSY

There is, and always have been, a controversy over "starstones". Starstones are NOT birthstones. I give you here in these pages the stones that are called your starstones, (planet stones), which viberates the strongest to your planet or sign, NOT to the month that you were born. I would also like it if those who think they know precisely what their stone is to go to the library and reference some good Astrology books such as 'Parkers Astrology'. Sorry for the confusion, but confusion over this topic has raged for hundreds of years.
